Regarding #9. "9.When turning right, most people just point to the right. When turning left, you can either make an “L” shape with your left hand, or just point left."

Making an "L" shape with your left arm is the standard signal for a right turn. So, your #9 should read:

I've been hearing a lot about this lately, and Born to Run is on my to-read list. I randomly went for an 11-mile barefoot run this past summer and I thought I was going to be hurting the next couple of days. I wasn't hurting at all, besides the insane blisters on my feet! I'm not sure if I'll be an avid barefoot runner, except on the beach, but I can see how it strengthens different muscles and helps with stabilization and balance.

Thanks Nick! I would start with kb presses for sure, Go a google search for that. Swings will build a big back.

Ollie, I think a class would get you off on the right start and make sure you have good form, etc. Most classes I think have a beginner's class that you have to attend before you can do the "regular" classes. Good luck!

I have seen kettle bell DVD workouts at Target and I was wondering what your thoughts are on that. Will it do more harm than good if I use the DVD vs. going to a class?
